NumSequence

After Effects Preset to generate sequences of numbers. Ideal for timelines. Set starting number and ending number and a sequence of numbers will be generated. Very customizable with options to show only numbers that divide evenly with a number of your choosing, customize spacing between numbers, show only odd numbers, disable and enable zero as the first number, reverse the entire number sequence, or make the sequence vertical - if it's for a y-axis for instance.

When you have the preset file downloaded just copy the file to After Effects' preset folder and it should work right away.
